Welcome to the home of the Opera House Gift & Gourmet. We are a one of a kind retail store in Old Town Manassas, VA. We offer a wonderful assortment of many things.
Knowledgeable wine enthusiasts carefully select wines. Let's face it. Selecting a wine by its label or price is chancy. Sometimes you win; sometimes you lose. But experienced tasters and experts in the wine industry evaluate many wines each month to select a terrific wine for you.
- Discover new wines that you are not likely to find elsewhere. Smaller family-owned vineyards produce many of the wines we select. Quantities are often too small to be exported or distributed on a large scale. You won't find these at your grocery store or mass wine stores.
- Enjoy great wines from around the world. Look forward to a wonderful surprise each month. The vineyards are sometimes legendary; some will come from classic regions such as Tuscany, Bordeaux, Napa, Loire or Alsace. However, new discoveries from regions in South Africa, Chile, Moldova and Australia can only add to your pleasure.
- As an International Wine of the Month Club member, you only pay for the wines you receive. Just come by the Opera House Gift & Gourmet shop at your convenience after the 15th of each month to pick up your wine. We are open six days a week (Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; until 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and from noon to 5:00 pm on Sunday.)
- Our wine of the month write-up gives you interesting background about the wine and the vineyard that produced it. Discover many of the details behind the wine.
- As a member, you also receive discounts. If you purchase any wine carried in the store, you will receive a 10% member's discount and if you purchase a case (12 bottles) you will get an additional 10% case discount. In addition, we periodically hold special tasting events at the store for you and we keep you in the loop about wine dinners in the area.
- 100% guarantee. Every wine you receive is guaranteed. If your wine is corked or spoiled, we will replace it.
